CONCEPT & COORDINATION
Together we will brainstorm original ideas and themes that reflect your style and preferences. We will provide our expert advice, options and suggestions that reflect the style of your wedding and that fall within your budget.

LOCATION SCOUTING
We will accompany you to the wedding venue and location sites during selection process. Once the venue is decided, we will also set-up appointments with vendors and tastings with caterers as needed to establish logistics.

VENDOR SELECTION &
LIAISING
We will provide you with quality vendor recommendations, schedule appointments and handle negotiations. We liaise with all kinds of vendors like decorators, caterers, makeup artist, bar, entertainment, photographer & videographer, etc.

GUEST MANAGEMENT & RSVP's
We will handle all the guest reservations, questions and requirements that they may have. We will keep a comprehensive list of accommodation, travel arrangements, arrivals and departures, as well as RSVPs.

BRIDE & GROOM HELPDESK
We will help Bride and Groom take care of all the things they may need. We will help in attire and jewellery selection, grooming sessions, conceptualise pre-wedding shoots, as well as take charge of keeping the wedding day's schedule on track for them.

HAMPER & GIFTS
We will help you shop items for customized welcome hampers/gifts and create personal greetings for your guests. After arranging these hampers, we will distribute them in the rooms for your guests to enjoy during the festivities.
